6:50 - 1hr ride to uni (in the frost!! brr, I was wearing my neckwarmer, jacket and 2 pair gloves
but my hands weren't painful this time!
8:30 - 3 vitabrits with currants, sultanas and LSA
9:50 - fruit and nuts.
11:00 - 2 pieces cake, 1 donut
12:30 - leftover potato salad
8:00 - 2 slices bread, 1 with a banana, the other with promite, handful sultanas.
8:30 - 5 corn thins dry - so far so good, the gallbladder does fats so I'm staying away from all fats until I know - see health and beauty section
I did not ride home -see the health and beauty section
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
