Breakfast: 1 slice of honey toast and milo (246)

Lunch: small leftovers of spag bol (272)

Dinner: lamb ragout (373)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1x home made greens 97% fat free choc caramel fudge muffin (133)

2-3 litres of water

total: 1026

Brekky: 2 x slices wholemeal toast with vegemite & marg (188)

Snack: Orange (110)

Lunch: toasted wholemeal sandwich with ham & cheese (240)
Roasted chicken tasty jack chips (230)

Snack: Orange (110)

Dinner: beef & veggie stir fry with hokkin noodles and green curry paste (300)
Almond magnum (330)

6:50 - 1hr ride to uni (in the frost!! brr, I was wearing my neckwarmer, jacket and 2 pair gloves :lol: but my hands weren't painful this time! :D )

8:30 - 3 vitabrits with currants, sultanas and LSA

9:50 - fruit and nuts.

11:00 - 2 pieces cake, 1 donut :oops:

12:30 - leftover potato salad

8:00 - 2 slices bread, 1 with a banana, the other with promite, handful sultanas.

8:30 - 5 corn thins dry - so far so good, the gallbladder does fats so I'm staying away from all fats until I know - see health and beauty section

I did not ride home -see the health and beauty section

Bfast: I slept in :oops: so just a sweet potato muffin

Lunch: Ham, cheese & mushroom melt on turkish bread. Was huge and couldn't eat all of it. Skinny hot choc

Dinner: Soybean and cabbage soup (delish!), black beans, a small piece of beef and egg

Snacks: None

Drinks: 1 x Pepsi Max can
2+Litres water

breakfast:1 serve soy & linseed bread (2 slices), 3 x small grilled mushrooms, 1 x small grilled tomato

snack:15 almonds

lunch:6" chicken fillet sub, hot chips (i'm soooo not sorry, they were yum! :P )

dinner:grilled chicken (no skin), medium baked potato, steamed green beans & steamed carrots

ended up a few calories under my daily limit.

Breakfast, cereal, decaf cappuccino

Lunch, 2 rice cakes with Vegemite, yogurt, lite cappuccino

Dinner, skinless chicken, potatoes, carrot, peas and beans.

2 plain rice cakes, two pieces of chocs and yogurt.

BF = 1 piece wholemeal bread, 5g olive spread, 10g peanut butter. 100g lite yoghurt. White coffee

MT = 1 white hot chocolate, 1 sticky date muffin bake

Lunch = 140g baked beans, 4 saos, 5g butter. Diet coke

Dinner = 1 sachet easy mac macaroni cheese, 100g sweet chilli tuna light. White coffee. Bite of brownie.

Supper = white tea.

Total = 1250 cals.

Exercise = 2.5km walk

I am gonna exercise my butt off!! Literally!!

7:10am- mug of skinny milo & medium banana

10:00am- White tea

1:30pm- Vegetarian curry platter (yellow rice, 2 types of vegetarian curry, pappadum & small amount of lentil soup), glass bottle of coke

2:00pm- tall green tea

4:30pm- tall skinny latte

6:30pm- skinny white tea

7:00pm- green apple
