hehe... *looks around to make sure noone's started a thread before 6:10am* ... looks like I'm ok :D

MORNING LADIES!!!!!

6:00am- mandarine & mug of skinny milo

7:00am- large apple & mug of green tea

11:00am- piece of sourdough bread, scrambled eggs & mug of jasmine tea

1:00pm- regular green tea

3:30pm- small of can 98% fat free tuna in springwater & skinny tea

5:00pm- 20 black olives, glass of multi-V juice

ps this will be my last post on the food diary forum y'all... am moving to "personal progress"

Breakfast: 1 slice of honey toast & milo (246)

Lunch: 1 cheese sandwich (234)

Dinner: egg and bacon toasted sandwich (453)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1/2 fling bar (82)

2-3 litres of water (definately aiming for 3 litres i am so bloated from ttotm )

total: 1017

hi everyone :)

thursday - yay!

breakfast:2 x crumpets, marg, glass of skinny milk

snack:small salami stick (made by don - tasty & only 74 calories!), small slice of chocolate cake :(

lunch:teriyaki noodles

snack:rice crackers & 1.5 tbs of french onion dip

dinner:oven bake fish fillets, oven chips, beans, carrots & corn

ended up right on 1500 for the day

Morning Ladies.....

Breakfast:
I've had a bad start to the day. Needed to be in the office by 7 didn't wake up till 6, went for my run got ready and dashed out the door to the coffee shop downstairs and got:

:arrow: Large skinny hazelnut latte
:arrow: 1 apricot danish roll :oops: but oh so good

Lunch:
:arrow: homemade chicken and vegetable soup

Dinner:
:arrow: veggie stir fry (pumpkin, snow pea, sugar snap pea, zucchini and chick peas) sprinkled with garlic and sweet chilli sauce
:arrow: A glass of white wine

Drinks:
:arrow: 2 green teas
:arrow: 2L of water

Large skim cap with 1 sugar (120)

Snack: Mandarin (55)

Lunch: Wholemeal roll with chicken schnitzal & gravy (550)
165g maltesers (830)

Snack: Mandarin (55)

Dinner: Unsure

Total: 1800 oh the shame :(

8:00 - 2 slices toast, 1 with honey, the other promite

8:30 - 2 hrs walking round town and then to uni

10:30 - some dried pears (I at them while people at uni ate the fruit flan I brought to say thanks for them helping me yesterday)

12:30 - wholemeal roll with lettuce, tomato, carrot, capsicum and beetroot. No butter, meat, eggs, mayo etc

1:30 - mandarine

6:00 - some crackers, sultanas, 1 slice bread

7:00 - lentil shepherd pie

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Bfast: 2 x raison toast

Lunch: Spicy soy soup with veggie side dishes, a morsel of beef and some egg

Dinner: Mum's for dinner- lamp chops, veggies, small piece of marble cake, small piece hedgehog, 6 square cadbury chocolate and 8 squares dark chocolate!!! Ooops!

Snacks: see what I ate at mum's above

Drinks:
1 x pepsi max can
2L+ water - struggling but will get there before midnight
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
