8:00 - 2 slices toast, 1 with honey, the other promite
8:30 - 2 hrs walking round town and then to uni
10:30 - some dried pears (I at them while people at uni ate the fruit flan I brought to say thanks for them helping me yesterday)
12:30 - wholemeal roll with lettuce, tomato, carrot, capsicum and beetroot. No butter, meat, eggs, mayo etc
1:30 - mandarine
6:00 - some crackers, sultanas, 1 slice bread
7:00 - lentil shepherd pie

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
