Lunch:
Spaghetti on toast (245)

Dinner:
savoury mince on toast (396)

Snacks:
2 x coke zero (2)
1 x jarrah (40)
2x vive lite triple choc bikkies (86)
2-3 litres of water

total: 1107

snack:tuna, tomato, tsp mayo with 2 vita wheats

lunch:bagel with turkey, avocado, beetroot & cucumber

dinner:grilled steak, vegies

I'm going away for the weekend to Avoca with the bf and two friends... so have planned and bought all of the food so that I remain reasonably healthy!

BREAKFAST: 1/2 c. special k, 1/2 c. skim milk, 1/2 c. blueberries

MORNING TEA: Apple

LUNCH: Homemade pizza - 3 slices turkey, 12 button mushrooms, 1/2 a red and green capsicum, 2 slices 0.5g fat cheese, 5 olives, bean sprouts on wholemeal lebanese bread

AFTERNOON TEA: TBA (most likely vegies and cottage cheese)

DINNER: Burritos - 5* mince, tomato, baby spinach

(*Jarrah... Diet coke... And hopefully not too much alcohol included also!)

I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. It's TTOTM and I just want to eat and eat and eat and eat!!!

8:00 - 30 min jog from city to uni

9:00 - 2 vitabrits, some muesli with low fat milk (have gone bakc on to low fat milk - so far so good, no gallstone pain yet)

10:30 - 4 corn thins with vegemite

12:30 - left over lentil shepherd pie

2:30 - mandarine, sml bowl cereal (muesli and 1 vitabrit)

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Brekky - milo with lite soy milk, 1 banana, a bite of spinach & fetta scone.

Lunch - sandwich - lettuce, cucumber and pastrami on multigrain

Dinner - Small portion of lean rump steak, steamed vegies.

Dessert - small frozen yoghurt

Snacks - apple, muesli bar

Drinks - water

Brunch: Spicy soy spinach soup with rice, veggie side dishes and egg

Snack: 50g Ritter dark chocolate, 10 white choc raspberry licorice logs, 1 chewy caramel, 1 peppermint dark choc, 1 x strawberry choc, 2x handful plain chips, 4 x twiggy pieces

Dinner: Jap Chae - sweet potato glass noodles with onion, capsicum and spinach in a soy sauce and sesame oil marinade

Drinks: 1 x Pepsi max
2.5L+ water
4 x champagnes
