I'm going away for the weekend to Avoca with the bf and two friends... so have planned and bought all of the food so that I remain reasonably healthy!
BREAKFAST: 1/2 c. special k, 1/2 c. skim milk, 1/2 c. blueberries
MORNING TEA: Apple
LUNCH: Homemade pizza - 3 slices turkey, 12 button mushrooms, 1/2 a red and green capsicum, 2 slices 0.5g fat cheese, 5 olives, bean sprouts on wholemeal lebanese bread
AFTERNOON TEA: TBA (most likely vegies and cottage cheese)
DINNER: Burritos - 5* mince, tomato, baby spinach
(*Jarrah... Diet coke... And hopefully not too much alcohol included also!)
I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. It's TTOTM and I just want to eat and eat and eat and eat!!!
