Breakfast: ended up having a deli choice bacon and egg roll- not as healthy as i thought it would have been! (536) :?

Lunch:nothing because breakfast was filling- and was at 10am and we went to mums for dinner at 3pm

Dinner: baked chicken dinner at mums place!! (chicken breast no skin, mixed vegies, one spud one pumpkin (340)

SNacks: 2x coke zero (2)
1x jarrah (40)
1x fling (164)

2-3 litres of water
total: 1083

Breakfast - 2 pieces multigrain toast with light peanut butter, 1 milo with soy milk

Lunch - TBA (possibly just a salad and pastrami sandwich)

Dinner - Grilled chicken or fish with steamed vegies

Snacks - carrot, celery, fruit

Drinks - water, water and water, and possibly a low carb beer. hehe

BF = 1 cup cornflakes, 2 tsp sugar, 1 cup lite milk. White coffee.

MT = 1 apple, 1 banana

Lunch = 2 slices wholemeal bread, 5g olive spread, 1/2 tin (220g) baked beans, 1 LF hotdog. White coffee

AT = 1 sticky date bar, 1 muesli bar, 2 ryvita & 25g cheese

Dinner = Healthy choice honey mustard chicken, ~100g hot chips. White coffee

Supper = White tea

Total = ~1900 calories

Exercise = 77km cycling!!, 2.5km walk.

breakfast:1 slice soy & linseed bread, 1/2 cup baked beans, glass skinny milk

snack:6 macadamia nuts, 6 almonds

lunch:

dinner:fish & chips

snack:

i know we're having fish & chips at my parent's house tonight so the rest of the day will be eating round that.

Brunch: pollack soup with rice, egg, assorted side dishes

Dinner: TBC - going out for Middle Eastern

Drinks:
1 x Pepsi Max
2L+ water

Snacks: Bag of Turkish Delight - had to close the Chocolate Shop for my sister today! Doh! No willpower at all...

Lunch was 2 eggs, scrambled with soy milk and lactose/cholesterol/fat free marg, and a couple of slices of pastrami.

S - Sakata corn snack

L - Fish & Chips & 2 x slice bread

S - Apple
Small slice jam & cream swirl cake

S - Cheese & crakcers

D - Soup with bacon, corn & potato

D - 2 x squares top deck chocolate
