Breakfast: 1 crumpet with honey & a milo (254)

Lunch: sausage on a roll with onion and sauce (360)

Dinner: probably nothing because ive eaten like a horse

Snacks: 2x coke zero (2)
2 jarrash (80)
2 milky way fun size bars (151)
1 fling bar (164)

2-3 litres of water

*Sigh* so naughty today :( damn in laws house you get spoiled with food.

Total: 1012

BF = 2 oatbrits, 2tsp sugar, 1 cup lite milk. White coffee

Lunch = 2 pieces wholemeal bread, 5g olive spread, 10g peanut butter, 15g plum jam. 140g custard and jelly cup. White coffee

AT = 1 apple, 1 banana. 2 fruit bars

Dinner = 1 packet easy mac, 100g tuna light, 1 packet steam fresh veges

Supper = white tea, 2 top taste brownies

Total = 1950

Exercise = 28km cycling, 2.5km walk, 15min step

breakfast - 1 soy milo, 1 boiled egg - nothing else just yet

lunch - TBA - most likely a salad plate

dinner - TBA

snacks - celery, carrot, fruit

Sunday is going to be our 'treat day' if we're good throughout the week, so I may have a weis bar or something later! yay!

Breakfast: Miso soup and rice

Snacks: 2 x wholegrain vita wheat biscuit sandwiches with vegemite and reduced fat tasty cheese (1.5 slices) (originally 3 but gave one to the dog)
Growling dog protein bar - didn't need it so didn't eat it
1 x honeycomb and nut museli bar
Baklava!

Lunch: Pollack soup, rice, egg and veggie & seafood side dishes

Dinner: Spicy Ramen with egg

Drinks:
800ml Endura sports water
2 x pepsi max
2.5+L water
3 glasses wine
