Breakfast: 2 slices of honey toast & a milo (321)

Lunch: ham and tomato and cheese sandwich (278)

Dinner:baked chicken breast with taco sauce and ww lite sour cream, broccoli, a medium steamed spud and mixed vegies (334)

Snacks: 2x coke zeros (2)
1x jarrah (40)
3x vive triple choc bickies (129)

2-3 litres of water

total: 1104

BF = 1 cup cornflakes, 1 cup lite milk, 2tsp sugar. White tea

MT = 1 apple, 1 banana

Lunch = 100g red rock deli chips. 140g tub custard and yoghurt

AT = 1 hamburger roll with salad and chicken loaf. 3 fruit bars

Dinner = 1 cup cooked rice, apricot beef casserole

Supper = white tea, 1 piece chocolate

Total = 2304 cals

Exercise = 47km cycling with a stiff wind, 2.5km walk (1427 cals expended)

Lunch: Rice omlette. Delish!

Dinner:Rice with jangjorim

Snacks: cheese & vegemite on wholemeal vita wheats
3x chocolate heart (about 12g each)

Drinks:1 x Pepsi Max
2+litres water

lunch - salad with pastrami - heaps of lettuce
dinner - will be chicken breast, grilled, with steamed vegies
snack/dessert - possibly an orange or something...

Breakfast:
- 3 sanitarium wheatbix
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 apple.

Lunch:
- Chicken and sweet corn soup
- 2 cruskits with low fat cottage cheese
- 1 can deep spring lemon lime and orange soft drink.

Dinner: (will be)
- Pasta
- Tomatoey Sauce
- Cordial with soda water
- Fruit

Snack:
- 1 bite of an apple (it was yuck)
- 4 or so spoons of apple/blackcurrent puree (didn't feel like th rest)

Water:
- 350ml. ( i really need to work on water)[/b]

let's see if I can remember

6:30 - 30 min jog - all the way except the big hill
7:00 - shredded wheat, bran and banana
10:30 - a handfull of crackers
12:30 - wholemeal pita bread with salad
3:00 - mandarine, fruit and nuts, bag of snakes :oops:
7:00 - zucchni slice and salad, leftover sausage in bread, piece cake, toasted muesli and 2 biscuits :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
