let's see if I can remember
6:30 - 30 min jog - all the way except the big hill
7:00 - shredded wheat, bran and banana
10:30 - a handfull of crackers
12:30 - wholemeal pita bread with salad
3:00 - mandarine, fruit and nuts, bag of snakes
7:00 - zucchni slice and salad, leftover sausage in bread, piece cake, toasted muesli and 2 biscuits
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
