Breakfast: 2 slices of honey toast and milo (321)

Lunch: ham cheese and tomato sandwich (303)

Dinner: 2x rissoles, cauliflower, mixed veg and steamed spud (381)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1 x jarrah (40)
20x cashews (166)

2-3 litres of water

Total: 1213

BF = 1 hamburger roll, 5g mayonnaise, 1 slice chicken loaf, 20g cheese. White coffee

MT = 1 jarrah white hot chocolate

Lunch = 1 packet easy mac, 1 packet steamfresh veges, 100g lite yoghurt

AT = 2 ryvita, 5g olive spread, 15g jam, 10g peanut butter. White coffee. 1 sachet uncle toby oats, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 cup lite milk

Dinner = 1 lean cuisine satay chicken noodles. 4 country cheese crackers, 1 slice chicken loaf, 1 slice kraft free cheese, 5g olive spread. White coffee. 1 snack size maxibon ice cream

Supper = Apple, white tea

Total = 2150 calories

Exercise = 45min washing car (and then it rained!), 2.5km walking, 20min weights, 1km running, 60min step, 45min cycling on indoor trainer (about 19km) (1200 calories expended)

Dinnger: Sweet Potato Lasagne - I will make it today, I swear... ;)

urrgghh, the weekend was so all ove then place I'm not even going to start. i threw a surprise birthday party for the bloke and wasn't as bad as I could have been courtest of being scared of eating fats. But things are slowly creeping back into my diet anyway :roll:

6:30 - 30min jog (I did this yesterday too and jogged the whole way except up the steep hill) would have jogged the whole way except I was getting pain in my tummy and thought I'd stop in case it was my gall bladder again.

no breakky cause I had to fast for the ultrasound

11:00 - leftover zucchini slice, 2 weetbix, fruit and nuts

1:30 - mandarine

5:00 - bowl cereal 4 slices bread, 1 biscuit (but I limited it to 1 rather than 2 - I seem to have this thing that biscuits must be eaten in pairs)

brekky - soy milo

snack - small bunch of grapes

lunch - salad with pastrami (again!! boring!)

snack - carrot sticks, maybe a muesli bar depending on how hungry i get. maybe a boiled egg before dinner aswell.

dinner - steak (small portion) and steamed vegies

aaaand one of those Heart ice creams (the choc coated vanilla ones). Didn't rate too terribly on calorieking, didn't take me over my daily fat intake or anything, but I'll still be exercising it off later! The boss shouted everyone, I couldn't say no cos he had already bought them!! The best part is that I don't feel like another one - whereas usually I have one bit of junk and want more more more!!
