Yay! down another half kilo!

3 weet-bix
1 level teaspoon of sugar
a splash of boiling water
3 glasses of water
2 coffees

I won't have any lunch today
due to the dinner I will be having tonight.

I am so scared to eat dinner tonight, I will be at a Singaporean bbq, I was told not to bring my own meat as all the food is supplied.
There will be fatty satays sticks and spiced meats on sticks, and the salads will be dressed, I told her I would bring a rice salad and my friend is already not happy with me :shock:
I won't have lunch today so I can have a little of her food tonight, my friends get insulted if you don't eat their food that took all day to create.
Give me a good ol' casual Aussie bbq anyday.
I have nothing that fits and these friends always dress up slightly for their bbq parties :(

I'll be keen to see how I handle tonight. If I can remain strong.

Well done on the loss Dolly, I hope you stay strong and can spot something that will be on the ok side. It's sad when friends can't accomodate your needs. :(

We'll be thinking of you

muesli with apricot, strawberries, cherries and banana, LFM. (at 6:30am before work)

1 hunza pie with a tiny bit of chutney

1 apricot and a handfull of grapes

will be salad and zucchini slice reheated from yesterday (I cooked it for dinner last night, but then plans changed - so should have had that instead of that kebab...grumble grumble...I thought it was going to be so good...grumble :evil: )

1 apricot, cup of tea, a bite of 85% cocoa chcolate

Yay, I stayed strong and only ate 4 prawns and some green salad at the bbq.

well done dolly on your loss and for not falling at the bbq
breakfast a small banana with natural yoghurt 25g pot
lunch three crab sticks with salad
tea pasta chicken and carrot mix

1 square of chocolate caramel oops :oops:
