LOL - as long as it's a healthy habit
2 slices of wholemeal sourdough toast with vegemite (which is not baked with oil and has less than 1/2 the salt of commercial loaves and I don't think any sugar - I asked the baker) an apple and a banana. 1 cup of tea and the juice/kelp/dolomite mix
1 apricot, 5 grapes
tuna and salad sandwich on the wholemeal sourdough with light dijonnaise instead of butter
a "nudie" icypole which was 75 calories and less than 1 gram of fat.
chicken and vege stirfry with low fat sauce mix (Chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot, broccoli, capsicum, pineapple, asparagus, celery and a sprinkling of sunflower and pumpkin seeds) with rice. Probably 1 1/2 cups in total.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
