7:00 - 45min jog (approx 5km, I ran about 4.5km of it)
8:00 - shredded wheat with some extra wheat bran and banana
9:00 - 1/2 hr walk to uni
10:30 - muesli bar
12:30 - 2 min noodles, 1 stick celery
1:40 - 10 min walk into sandy bay (ouch my poor blisters!! I had to change shoes)
2:30 - some dates and dried pear while walking back to uni
5:20 - 40min walk into town from uni (yes I walked, even with blisters, I just thought "well, since I have to walk to the bus stop anyhow, it's just not far enough to justify catching a bus")
6:45 - grilled blue eye trevalla with chips and salad and a 1/2 scoop low fat choc hazelnut gelato

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
