I had 1321 Cal's today and that was great for me, but now I really have something to work at. Well done

2 weetbix (with 1 pkt sweetner)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 glass apple juice
1 iron tablet (i have low iron levels)
1 banana

Lunch
4 cruskits
2 gherkins
philadelphia cheese (spread)
small amount of honey-smoked ham.
yoghurt

(the gherkin, ham, phili and cruskits are to go together)

Dinner
small portion bbq steak (paprika and Tuscan seasoning)
2 small potatoes
carrots
peas
1 corn cobb

Snacks
1/2 punnet of strawberries
banana
cupa chicken noodle soup
1 bag of gluten free veggie chips (sea salt & malt vinegar)

Water
2L water

Ooops! Forgot to post yesterday. Oh well, much the same...

Bfast: Miso soup & rice

Lunch: Pollack soup, rice and side dishes - um I wish! Instead I minded my sister's chocolate shop and a sales rep came by with a new range of exquisite Belgian chocs and guess who had so many she felt sick? But damn! They were nice. So I probably had around 100gm+ of chocolate for lunch

Dinner: Finally - sweet potato, bean & ricotta lasange... smells great... it's in the oven now. It was delish!!!

Snacks: 1 bowl rice bubbles and Pura Light start milk & sachet of equal

Drinks:
1 x pepsi max
2L+ water - have drunk heaps since I ate all those rotten chocolates

7:00 - 45min jog (approx 5km, I ran about 4.5km of it)
8:00 - shredded wheat with some extra wheat bran and banana
9:00 - 1/2 hr walk to uni
10:30 - muesli bar
12:30 - 2 min noodles, 1 stick celery
1:40 - 10 min walk into sandy bay (ouch my poor blisters!! I had to change shoes)
2:30 - some dates and dried pear while walking back to uni
5:20 - 40min walk into town from uni (yes I walked, even with blisters, I just thought "well, since I have to walk to the bus stop anyhow, it's just not far enough to justify catching a bus")
6:45 - grilled blue eye trevalla with chips and salad and a 1/2 scoop low fat choc hazelnut gelato

i stopped posting my food diary, but i think i need to re-start! even if just on week days!

breakfast:2 x crumpets, marg, glass of skinny milk

snack:(9.30)5 x macadamias, 12 x almonds

snack:(11.00)4 x vitawheats, 1 tin smoked tuna, 1/2 tbs low fat mayo

lunch:green salad, no dressing

snack:cup of campbells vegetable soup

dinner:6 chicken wings, oven fries, steamed broccoli, grilled capsicum

Dinner: 2 x small sausages, 2 x small rissoles, small side ceaser salad & bread roll (700)
3 x scoops ice cream (215)

Total: 1650

Water: 3.5L

Exercise: 1 hour PT session
70 min walk
