no morning jog today - my poor tootsies are too blistered and sore
but I will be playing lazer skirmish this evening!!! that will be my exercise for the day. i was sooooo tired after all the walking yesterday and my legs were bugered, not to mention my poor feet! Yesterday I worked out I jogged 5km (45min) plus 40min walk to uni, 20 min walk to sandy bay and back and 40 min walk back to town!! That's like, what... 145min, 2 hrs 25 min of pedestrian exercise!! with blisters.
7:00 - muesli with abit of protein powder and low fat milk
9:30 - muesli bar
12:00 - tuna and salad with 99% fat free dressing
1:45 - fruit and nuts and a mandarine
5:30 - thai with rice (very healthy takeaway, just vegetables stirfried with garlic and a little sauce of some kind, not even very oily at all with just plain steamed rice - and it was sooo yum!! and only $8 I LOVE that place)
5:45 - lazer skirmish YAYY so fun!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
