Last Day of August and the Last Day of the working week :)


Breakfast: 1 slice of honey toast & a milo (246)

Lunch: home made vegemite scroll (335)

Dinner: left over spag bol and herb bread(604) (its a small serve and i doubt the spag is really 498 but id rather over estimate it then underestimate)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1 x jarrah (40)

2-3 litres of water
* mick brought me a magnum ego at the shops! it my fave icecream! he said i deserve it for working hard in the yard all day but i told him ill save it for another day :)

Total: 1227calories

breakfast:toased sandwich with 9 grain bread, tomato, 2 thin slices cheese (ouch on the calorie front!), 1/2 tsp marg & a glass of skinny milk.

snack:sml skinny cap, 4 x premium crackers with scraping of marg & vegemite

lunch:1/2 pita wrap with chicken & salad

snack:cup of campbells vegie soup



high cal breakfast today - but still nutritious i think?

i reckon your breakfast looks fine sassi. just balance out your other meals and you will be fine :)

no morning jog today - my poor tootsies are too blistered and sore :cry: but I will be playing lazer skirmish this evening!!! that will be my exercise for the day. i was sooooo tired after all the walking yesterday and my legs were bugered, not to mention my poor feet! Yesterday I worked out I jogged 5km (45min) plus 40min walk to uni, 20 min walk to sandy bay and back and 40 min walk back to town!! That's like, what... 145min, 2 hrs 25 min of pedestrian exercise!! with blisters. :roll: :shock: :?

7:00 - muesli with abit of protein powder and low fat milk

9:30 - muesli bar

12:00 - tuna and salad with 99% fat free dressing

1:45 - fruit and nuts and a mandarine

5:30 - thai with rice (very healthy takeaway, just vegetables stirfried with garlic and a little sauce of some kind, not even very oily at all with just plain steamed rice - and it was sooo yum!! and only $8 I LOVE that place)

5:45 - lazer skirmish YAYY so fun!

1/2 cup skim milk
1 glass apple juice

1 savoury slice (vegetarian quiche)
1 cup watermelon juice

Home made tikka masala (didnt eat it all, felt too guilty as it was a tad bigger than a serving)
Light raspberry swirl ice-cream (only ate half the bowl as i felt guilty eating the rest, hubby gave me too much)

Veggie chips
Extra drops (yummo watermelon)


3/4 bottle of strongbows Viper (alcohol)

Lunch : Shepherds Pie
Afternoon Snack: Small bread roll with slice of cheese
Dinner: Going to Bday party Dinner at Pub :? what to eat hmm...

Going out tonight, but am driving, so will prolly just have mineral water.
