yippee the first today!!! we are getting closer to xmas and its the first day of spring!

Breakfast: 2 slices of honey toast & milo (321)

Lunch: 4 mini sausage rolls, small handful of lollies and half a can of solo (513)

Dinner: spagetti on toast (245)
*special- magnum ego (399)

Snacks: 2 coke zeros (2)

2-3 litres of water

TotaL: 1479 (of 1520 that calorieking allows me)

* today at midday we are going to a friends kids party so i am not sure what food will be served (whether its bibblies or a bbq or something) and if we have a cooked lunch we will probably just have something easy for dinner

2 weetbix
1/2 cup skim milk
1 glass apple juice

Lunch:
water
chicken parmigiana focacia

Dinner:
1 corn fritter
2 bits of fish
small amount of potato salad
small amount of pasta salad
1 pineapple ring

Snacks:
sugarfree lollies

Water:
1.5L +

Happy spring everyone! :D

Breaky- 1 serve cheerios, lite milk, sultanas (wierd but mmm :D)

Lunch- Salad sandwich, fruit bar, vegieful cuppa soup

A/T- yoghurt and fruit

Dinner- Homemade chicken parma, mixed vegetables, (peas, corn, carrot, potato)

7:00 - muesli with whey protein

8:00 - 3 hrs walking round market and town

11:00 - homity pie

3:00 - bowl cereal, 2 slices fruit/nut wholemeal s'dough, 2 muesli bars (I was starved)

8:30 - thai chicken stirfry and 3 glasses wine (birthday outing)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

potato and leek basically. The bakery I used to work for makes pies

Homity - potato and leek
Hunza - rice and spinach
Madras - Vege curry
Chilli Bean - self explanatory
Lentil Shepherd - lentil mix with potato top

They're the basic ingredients - there's other things in like garlic and onion etc. And he makes his own wholemeal pastry..YUM! They are all vegetarian and the Madras and Lentil are Vegan.
