8:00 - muesli with lecithin and whey protein, 2 slices fruit and nut toast
1:00 - 2 eggs scrambled (milk, curry, salt) on toast with home made hommous and sliced tomato. muesli bar.
6:30 - banana
7:00 - baked spud
exercise - gardening most of the day including much heavy rock lifting
This rain is giving me the willies, won't stop long enough to do anything in the garden but isn't hard enough to be proper rain

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
