Breakfast: 2 slices of honey toast & a milo (321)

Lunch: combined with dinner: 1 steak egg onion and salad roll 1 tablespoon of mashed potato (557)
a handful of tasty cheese cc's (247)
1 slice of bread with vegemite (81)

Dinner: combined with lunch:

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1 jarrah (40)

2-3 litres of water

total: 1247
* heading to mums place for a late lunch/dinner bbq for my fathers day. will report back my eating sunday night. will be good!!

8:00 - muesli with lecithin and whey protein, 2 slices fruit and nut toast

1:00 - 2 eggs scrambled (milk, curry, salt) on toast with home made hommous and sliced tomato. muesli bar.

6:30 - banana

7:00 - baked spud

exercise - gardening most of the day including much heavy rock lifting
This rain is giving me the willies, won't stop long enough to do anything in the garden but isn't hard enough to be proper rain

2 vitabrits (was at the inlaws)
1/2 low fat milk

lifestyle chicken fillet burger (low fat sour cream, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes)
1 mango ice frappe

3 fatfree hotdogs on bread with light cheese
1 glass of softdrink (i think it has no sugar and it was melon flv)

1 small skim coffee
1 fatfree choc chip biscuit (1/2 ww point)
1 westcoast

1.5L +

A/T- Apple, 15 plain rice crackers & salsa

DINNER- Homemade parma, mixed vegies

DESSERT- yoghurt
