Breakfast: 1 milo (128)

Lunch: 1 skinny latte, ham cheese and tomato toasted sandwich on brown bread (400)

Dinner: steak, broccoli, carrots, mixed vegies and one small spud with ww lite sour cream :) (310)

snacks: 1 jarrah (40)
2 coke zeros(2)
1 scoop of bulla low fat vanilla icecream (62)

2-3 litres of water

total: 942


*sigh* i cant win with this calorie counting LOL

sara - milo is a yummy chocolate powder-type of thing that you put in milk to make a chocolate drink (hot or cold). i'm gonna let someone else explain better tho cos that is a very average description! :lol:

breakfast: 2 x crumpets, marg, glass of skinny milk

snack:handful dry roasted almonds (unsalted), green tea with citrus

lunch:wholegrain roll with turkey, avocado, beetroot, tomato and carrot

snack:small piece of breadstick with lean beef

dinner: spag bol, sml piece of chocolate cake

LOL you are cute sara! hehe. its a powder like coffee but its chocolate flavoured. you can make it like coffee - hot with milk etc or you can have it cold (which i do) where you put a few teaspoons into a glass and pour icy cold milk on it and drink it or use a spoon to eat it :) here is a pic of the tin it comes in :)

Breakfast:
3 weetbix
1/2 light milk
1 glass orange juice

Lunch:
chicken and sweet corn soup
2 cruskits with low fat cottage cheese

Dinner:
1 bowl pumpkin soup (home made with low fat cream)
bread for dipping
1 glass sugarfree softdrink

Snacks:
carrots with light philadephia cheese
maybe a cup of chicken noodle soup
Extra drops
small skinny latte with sweetner
1 low fat biscuit

Water:
1.5-2L

Back into it today :D

First day back at work after my week's holiday, errrgghh, and first day of my body for life challenge! Hence, expect daily food diary postings from me :wink:

7:30am - Start the Day shake
8am - Egg white omelette, coffee
9:30am - Home made protein bar
11am - FibreX pancake
2pm - Tomato & capsicum soup, Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread
5pm - Protein crunch w. soy milk
7:30pm - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg
8:30pm - Almonds x12, Diet jelly

Total of 6300kJ 8)

7:00 - 2 vitabrits with bran lecithin and whey protein

9:30 - a few crackers and 4 choc chip bikkies :oops:

1:30 - tuna salad

3:00 - pack of snakes :oops:

6:00 - 45min jog on treadmill

7:00 - zucchini slice with steamed peas, corn and asparagus (yum)

8:30 - apple

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Brekky - Milo with soy milk, 1 banana

Snack - Grapes

Lunch - Grilled chicken breast with lettuce and tomato

Snack - Nut crumble muesli bar - super yummy, takes forever to eat cos it's hard as a rock, and not too foul in the calorie department either!

Dinner - Grilled rump steak, steamed vegies

LOL its so strange one minute my cals are higher and the next day theyre lower LOL.

That's a good thing tho! It's good to have higher cals one day and lower another, it's called "calorie cycling" and it helps your body to not get used to the cals you eat! When I was calorie counting/restricting I intentionally did it :)
