Breakfast
multivitamin tablet
2 egg omelette
with microwaved tomato and mushroom
1 glass of no fat milk

So Dolly, are you going to continue putting your food and exercise on this forum as well as the personal diary? I can't decide how I'm going to work it. :?

Breakfast
1 apple, 1 banana, 2 pieces of wholemeal sourdough toast with marmite, the juice/kelp/dolomite mix.

Snack
1 apricot

Lunch
salad and tuna sandwich on wholemeal sourdough with low fat dijonnaise rather than butter and 5 greengage plums.

Snack
some seeds

Dinner
chilli bean pie with salad. (the bloke had double the serve that I did :shock: ). I'm going to have some fruit salad and no fat yoghurt for desert, and a cup of green tea

Breakfast: 2 slices of boring wholemeal toast with light peanut butter:
Lunch: lettuce and light cheese in a bread roll.
Dinner will be: grilled lean steak and salad.

Snacks - fruit (comprising of grapes or cherries - if I really feel like overdoing it, a bit of both LOL)

No more chocolate for me until I reach 75 kilos! BoooHOOOOO! :twisted:
