So Dolly, are you going to continue putting your food and exercise on this forum as well as the personal diary? I can't decide how I'm going to work it.

salad and tuna sandwich on wholemeal sourdough with low fat dijonnaise rather than butter and 5 greengage plums.
chilli bean pie with salad. (the bloke had double the serve that I did
). I'm going to have some fruit salad and no fat yoghurt for desert, and a cup of green tea
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
