Breakfast: 2 slices of honey toast & a milo (321)

Lunch: 2 crumpets with honey (187)

Dinner: mince and veg pie (425)

Snacks: 2x coke zero (2)
1 x jarrah (40)
1 fling argh theyre attacking me!! (164)

1 litre of water (trying to cut the water back for a few days to see if this helps the oedema)

total: 1139

2 3/4 weetbix
1/2 cup light milk
1 glass orange juice
(1 iron tablet)

1 bagel with 97% fat free ham and light cottage cheese.
Medium tub of strawberry yoghurt (fat free)
1 can diet coke

1 cup Pasta
Pasta sauce
Cordial with soda water

carrots with light philadelphia cheese
1 cup of chicken noodle soup

7:00 - 1hr ride to uni (yay, back on the bike!!!)

8:30 - 2 vitabrits with sultanas/currants/LSA, whey protein, and lecithin

10:30 - fruit and nuts

12:30 - left over zucchini slice and peas/asparagus. Apple (and it made me sick again so I have concluded that I am definitely allergic to raw apples :roll: )

4:00 - 1 hr ride home

6:00 - banana

7:00 - bean tacos with salad toppings, 2 muesli bars

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Can't believe it's been a year already, doesn't seem like that long ago :(

Here's my day...

7:30am - Vanilla FibreX pancake, Home made protein bar, Coffee
1:30pm - Mocha egg white pancake, Diet yoghurt, Protein crunch 20g w. soy milk
5pm - Almonds, Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread
8pm - Veg sticks w. dip, Cheese w. crackers
9pm - Savoury tofu w. steam veg, Sugar free choc x2squares

Total of 6000kJ

breakfast: 2 x crumpets, marg, 4 x sml grilled mushrooms, glass skinny milk

snack: tin of smoked tuna (with pepper & low fat mayo), 3 premium crackers

lunch:2 x salmon & avocado sushi rolls, cup of miso soup

snack: 1/2 banana

dinner:grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli & carrot, oven chips, sml slice chocolate cake

200 over my cals so a big amount of exercise required :oops:

Poor Steve, still miss him :( Its still a shock too, cant believe it happened. Poor Terri and Bindi and Bob too :(

WW cereal with skim milk
2 small kiwi fruit

Salmon sushi box (cost $8.50 and the rice all fell apart before i evern picked it up! :evil: )

Chicken curry with vegies (no rice, makes me bloated if I eat too much)

Small Mandarin
small kiwi fruit
couple of peas in the pod :lol:

1.5-2Lts water

TOTAL: 1150 cals
GOAL 1: 59KG - 30/12/07
GOAL 2: 56KG
GOAL 3: 53KG

Hi all,

Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal and one banana, diet sweetener. Jenna helped me eat a part of it. Diet sweetener not good for baby but she begged. lol

Lunch: Basmati rice about 2 cups and a half a bowl boiled mixed veggies.

Dinner: I haven't a clue yet. :?
