Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, apricot, cherries, banana, LFM

Snack
the kelp/dolomite/juice mix

Lunch
wholemeal sourdough salad and tuna sandwich with dijonnaise instead of butter. Cup of home made hot chocolate (Hot water, 1tsp unsweetened cocoa, 1/4 tsp sugar, cap of vanilla essence LFM)

Snack
1/2 an apple, a glass of banana, apricot, strawberry, oat yoghurt smoothie

Dinner
red kidney bean tacos with salad toppings and just a little cheese (1Tbsp approx grated cheese)
a cup of stress less herbal tea

I think I did a little comfort eating today with the smoothie. I didn't really need it. I was bored and having a depressed few days. Not really feeling that good lately.

Thanks marie,
I'm going through a bit of a rough patch as far as my life-plan is going. Just been getting me down a lot. :(

Hope things get better for you soon Tegan

Dinner
My son had told his new girlfriend I was doing Sure Slim and had lost a lot of weight so she went to the trouble of cooking a chicken breast fillet for me with a lettuce salad and fresh fruit while she cooked a Lasagna, garlic bread and Pavalova for DH and my son.

1 glass wine

how thoughtful of her!! I hope it didn't make you feel the odd one out, though. I know when my family all had croissants for Chrissy breakfast and I had my bowl of fruit salad, I did feel kinda like the odd one out. I just hope I didn't make them all feel bad. But it was better for me in the wash up.
