muesli with strawberries, apricot, cherries, banana, LFM
the kelp/dolomite/juice mix
wholemeal sourdough salad and tuna sandwich with dijonnaise instead of butter. Cup of home made hot chocolate (Hot water, 1tsp unsweetened cocoa, 1/4 tsp sugar, cap of vanilla essence LFM)
1/2 an apple, a glass of banana, apricot, strawberry, oat yoghurt smoothie
red kidney bean tacos with salad toppings and just a little cheese (1Tbsp approx grated cheese)
a cup of stress less herbal tea
I think I did a little comfort eating today with the smoothie. I didn't really need it. I was bored and having a depressed few days. Not really feeling that good lately.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
