Breakfast: 2 wholemeal crumpets with honey & a milo (339)

Lunch: 2 eggs on two slices of toast (311)
Dinner: leftover meat and veg pie (small) with a side of broccoli and 2 small baby potatoes (384)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1 jarrah (40)
1 furry friend (80)

1 -2 litres of water (going to drink all fluids before 7pm)
total: 1155

breakfast:2 crumpets, marg, glass of skinny milk

snack:4 vitawheats with 1 slice lean ham, 20 mixed nuts

lunch:roast chicken & salad sub from subway

dinner:grilled lamb fillet, potato casserole, salad of baby spinach leaves, tomato, olives and feta. mmmmm!

snack:maccas chocolate sundae. bugger.
going out for dinner tonight. must not have a parma...must not have a parma

Was running late today, so my food is all out of wack :?

1 banana
1 small glass orange juice
1 tub strawberry yoghurt

Minestrone soup
1 tub strawberry & vanilla yoghurt

Beef stirfry

1 banana
2 Lites triple choch biscuits (1 ww point all up)
BBQ vege chips

1.5-2L water


[First goal: to reach 80kgs]
[Second goal: to reach 75kgs]

7:00 - 1hr ride to uni
8:30 - 2 vitabrits with sultanas/currants/LSA/whey protein/lecithin
10:30 - mandarine
12:30 - carrot and 3 corn thins with home made hommous
1:00 - left over bean tacos
4:30 - muesli bar, slice fruit and nut toast
6:30 - risotto

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Brekkie: bircher muesli - 4 points
skim coffee with splenda - 0.5 points

Lunch: Leftover chicken pasta - 6 points

Dinner: Beef casserole & basmati rice - 6.5 points

Snacks - kiwi fruit - 0.5 points
- H2Go water 750ml - 0.5 points

leaves me 3 points to play around with.

7:30am - Start the Day shake
8am - Mocha egg white pancake, coffee
10am - Home made protein bar
12pm - Vanilla FibreX pancake, coffee
2pm - Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread, Still more coffee!
5:30pm - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg
8:30pm - Tomato & capsicum soup, Diet jelly

Might have OD'd on the coffee today! Damn training courses :roll:

Total of 6500kJ, right on my limit, none to spare...
