7:30 - 1 hr ride to uni
9:00 - 2 vitabrits, sultanas/currants/LSA/wey protein/lecithin
10:00- cherry ripe and a time out soooooo good, but I can feel the sugar headache coming already. I enjoyed them and had decided I could have them so I did.
12:30 - zucchini slice and peas
3:30 - 1 slice fruit and nut sourdough, 2 corn thins with pnb
4:30 - 1hr ride home
7:30 - sausage and vege curry with rice (felt like I needed some protein and maybe iron so i used some of the leftover sausages from the bloke's party, minimal oil and powdered milk with coconut essence) yumm
8:30 - 3 bikkies (bad girl...
