Lunch: 8 mcnuggets (338)

Dinner: 2x those new crispy chicken tacos! (432)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1 x jarrah (40)
1 furry friend (80)

1-2 litres of water

total: 1231

Lunch: leftover casserole & rice 6.5 points

Dinner: TBA probably subway

Snacks: Kiwi - .5 point

2 weetbix
1/2 lite milk
1 glass orange juice
(1 iron tablet)

Four bean nachos (four beans, salsa, fat free chips)
Light cheese
1 strawberry yoghurt

1 cup Pasta
1 serve Pasta sauce

1 banana
2 viva lite triple choc biscuits


TREAT: nice hot choccy at gloria jeans (not triple just plain with skim)

7:30 - 1 hr ride to uni
9:00 - 2 vitabrits, sultanas/currants/LSA/wey protein/lecithin
10:00- cherry ripe and a time out soooooo good, but I can feel the sugar headache coming already. I enjoyed them and had decided I could have them so I did.
12:30 - zucchini slice and peas
3:30 - 1 slice fruit and nut sourdough, 2 corn thins with pnb
4:30 - 1hr ride home
7:30 - sausage and vege curry with rice (felt like I needed some protein and maybe iron so i used some of the leftover sausages from the bloke's party, minimal oil and powdered milk with coconut essence) yumm
8:30 - 3 bikkies (bad girl... :oops: )

lunch: 1 hard taco, 1 soft taco
Snack: Cup a soup chicken and corn
Dinner: Eek dunno yet!
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

snack: smoked tuna, 4 vitawheats, green tea, skinny cap (sml)

lunch: 6" subway sub with roasted chicken, salad & honey mustard dressing

snack:green tea

7:30am - Mushroom egg white omelette, Small banana, 100g diet yoghurt
10am - Home made protein bar, and a few coffees!
12pm - Vanilla FibreX pancake
2pm - Tomato & capsicum soup, Small salad
2:30pm - Tuna & salad sandwich (empower bread as usual), "On the Go" lite cheese & crackers
7:30pm - Japanese tofu w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
9pm - Pumpkin protein slice

Total 6200kJ

Bigger kJ and carb day planned for tomorrow, which should top up the energy reserves! Off to the gym after work tonight - there's a half hour abs class, what fun!

12:30pm Snack: Atkins Endulge Bar
2:30 Lunch: Homemade Chicken Caesar Salad
Snacks since Lunch: 1 x coffee, 1 x diet jelly
6:00 dinner: CS shake - chocolate flavour

Then off to the gym!
