Breakfast
a small bowl of muesli with LSA and LFM and 1/2 a cup of the leftover smoothie from yesterday. The juice/kelp/dolomite mix.

Lunch
some leftover zucchini slice and 5 greengages.

Snack
some seeds, a cup of tea and a bite of 85%cocoa choccie

Dinner
will be steamed pumpkin beetroot, carrot, corn, broccoli, asparagus and peas, with baked onion, garlic and probably 1/2 a potato. (the bloke will be having baked potato, pumpkin, beetroot and carrot rather than steamed)
piece of wholemeal sourdough toast with peanut butter, cup of spiced chai

Breakfast: 1 slice of wholemeal toast with a little butter

Lunch: a wholemeal toasted ham, cheese and pineapple sandwich (was out shopping with a friend so felt uncomfortable asking if it was low fat cheese LOL) and a skinny-chino.

Dinner will be grilled steak, vegies and salad

No snacks as yet - but the day is young! Oh might have one of those low fat biscuits I mentioned yesterday

Cheers

Still feeling hungry :( I feel like I haven't had enough grainy things. I feel like a slice of wholemeal sourdough with peanut butter, but i probably shouldn't have it - but I did
