a small bowl of muesli with LSA and LFM and 1/2 a cup of the leftover smoothie from yesterday. The juice/kelp/dolomite mix.
some leftover zucchini slice and 5 greengages.
some seeds, a cup of tea and a bite of 85%cocoa choccie
will be steamed pumpkin beetroot, carrot, corn, broccoli, asparagus and peas, with baked onion, garlic and probably 1/2 a potato. (the bloke will be having baked potato, pumpkin, beetroot and carrot rather than steamed)
piece of wholemeal sourdough toast with peanut butter, cup of spiced chai
