Breakfast: 2 crumpets with honey & a milo (367)

Lunch: ham cheese and tomato toasted sanga (278)

Dinner: home made pizza (442)

Snacks: 1 jarrah (40)
2 coke zeros (2)
1 scoop of light vanilla ice cream (62)

1-2 litres of water

totaL: 1191 calories

Breakfast:
3 weetbix
1/2 cup lite milk
1 glass orange juice

Lunch:
subway freshfit meal - chicken terryaki with honey mustard sauce (and cheese), berry yoghurt, and diet coke.

Dinner:
BAD BAD BAD Chinese :(

Snacks:
vege chips (sea salt and malt vinegar)
carrot sticks with lite philly cheese
1 banana

Water:
1.5-2L

About 4 x west coast coolers

What a bad day, foodwise :(

7:15 - 1hr ride to uni

9:00 - 2 vitabrits with the usual

12:00- mandarine, left over curry and rice

1:30 - carrot sticks and hommous

over the arvo I had 5 count em, 5 chocie bars. I just couldn't stop.

4:15 - 1 hr ride home, I went hard too and my legs are back to their usual selves.

6:00 - salad for dinner while the bloke had spag bog

6:30 - buggered all that up with 2 biscuits and 1.5 bowls cereal

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

5am - Half serve of bran plus
8am - Bran protein pancake, coffee
9am - Home made protein bar
10:30am - Oatmeal pancake
2pm - Tomato & capsicum soup, Tuna & salad sandwich, Sugar free choc x2sq
5:30pm - Malaysian tofu w. steamed veg, Lite cheese 25g
8:30pm - Protein crisps, Pumpkin slice, Almonds

Total for that is about 7600kJ

Might have room for a glass of wine in there to take it up to 8000kJ, but that would be bad, so I'll decide later :roll:

lunch:cup of miso soup, 2 sushi rolls

Breakfast: 1 crumpet toast with peanut butter and honey
Lunch: 1 piece of bread with honey and butter
2 pieces of bread with a can of chilli tuna
Both brown bread of course
Dinner: TURKISH FOOD!

Breakfast: Cheesy bread stick ( :shock: bad start to the day, i know! Oops)

Lunch: Turkey and Salad Roll (SO yummy! :D )

Dinner: Chicken curry with vegies (no rice)

Snacks:
Pear
2 Sugar Free Extra Drops
3 arrowroot biscuits with light marg

TOTAL: 1194cals

2L water

Off to do some exercise now! :D
