Breakfast: 1 x crumpets with honey & a milo (245)

Lunch: 2 poached eggs on toast (311)

Dinner:

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
4 x vive triple choc bikkies (174)

2litres of water (slowly increased)

ok eating didnt go well at the party. hid my face by hiding at the food table :roll: i ate about a handful of lollies, a chocolate crackle and a hand ful of mini cheezels. then we all decided to go to the club for dinner. there i had grilled chicken breast with creamy pepper sauce with a side of vegies and chips. :roll: i had about 700calories remaining for the day so ill say that all that fits into that haha cos i couldnt be bother putting it into calorieking. tomorrow is a new day friends!!

total: 730

****this afternoon we have to go to a little party with nibblies for heidis cousin who turns 4 this weekend and micks dad whose birthday was yesterday. there will be lots of tempting things, i am not sure if it involves like sausage rolls etc too or just like chips and dips etc so i will report back about that later. it is in between lunch and dinner so i am not sure what we are doing for those yet.

Breakfast:
1 glass orange juice
10 vege chips (woke at 12pm so didn't really have a breaky)

Lunch:
Subway Freshfit meal (6inch chicken teryaki with honey mustard sauce + cheese, apple, diet coke)

Dinner:
[chicken and avocado pizza on pitta bread base with light cheese and bbq sauce]

Snacks:
Gloria Jeans classic hot chocolate - small with skim and no cream or marshmellows

Water:
1.5-2L

YOU CAN DOOO IT!!!!!

[First goal: to reach 80kgs]
[Second goal: to reach 75kgs]

today is Saturday, right?
I just had to check my computer calendar cos when I saw the topic I honestly thought it might be Sunday without me knowing it :P

7:10 - 1hr 20min jog/walk. 7 km had to walk a lot of the way back cause I started to get blisters :(

8:30 - muesli

11:30 - lentil shepherd pie

1:30 - 3 fruit leathers (proper ones) and some putanesca bread

2:00 - 5:00 lugging rocks and digging garden beds. Boy was I pooped

8:00 - that yummy fritata with putanesca toast
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
