1 crumpet with honey (117)
1 jarrah (40)
2 vive triple choco bikkies (86)

1.5litres of water

total: 862 calories

Lunch- Cuppa soup and salad sandwich

A/T- yoghurt and fruit

Dinner- Homemade parma, homemade wedges, mixed vegies
2 litres water, 1 caf free coke

Breakfast:
2 weetbix
1/2 skim milk
1 glass orange juice

Lunch:
tuna in spring water
bread
beetroot
97% fat free mayonnaise

Dinner:
2 fat free hot dogs bread
Ketchup
Light cheese
Diet coke
1 glass sarsaparilla cordial with soda water

Snacks:
1 small Gloria Jeans cafe latte with Irish cream syrup (thanks danielle* for that)
2 viva lites : triple choc biscuits
Oolong Tea (no sugar)

Water:
1.5-2L

YOU CAN DOOO IT!!!!!

9:00 - porridge and 1 slice toast

11:30 - 2 slices putanesca bread, left over zucchini slice

12:00 - 4:00 getting mulch and laying mulch on garden beds and planting my plants (again with the pooped)

4:00 - yoghurt with honey, chips, 2 biscuits

7:00 - chicken stirfry with rice
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
