9:00 - porridge and 1 slice toast
11:30 - 2 slices putanesca bread, left over zucchini slice
12:00 - 4:00 getting mulch and laying mulch on garden beds and planting my plants (again with the pooped)
4:00 - yoghurt with honey, chips, 2 biscuits
7:00 - chicken stirfry with rice
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
