My Meal Plan for the Day

water

6:00 am Breakfast
scrambled eggs
1 tablespoon cheese
a microwaved tomato

water

9:00 am Snack
Apple & a piece of cheese

water

12.00 noon Lunch
Fish & Salad

water

3:00 pm Snack
Yoghurt and Fruit

water

6:00 pm Dinner
Chicken Stirfry
½ cup maggi oyster sauce

water

9:00 pm Snack
1 glass of no fat milk

muesli with apricot, strawberries and banana, LMF and LSA

Lunch
Tuna salad sandwich on wholemeal sourdough and a couple of greengages

Snack
5 greengages

Dinner
spaghetti wiyth vege pasta sauce.
wholemeal carrot muffin (approx 200cal, 2g fat) and a cup of tea

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

lunch 6" club sub way very yummy
dinner 250gr of mushroom soup.
