Dinner: scotch fillet lean pepper steak, mixed veg, carrots, broccoli and spud (402)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1 jarrah (40)
2 vive triple chocs (86)
20 cashews (166)

2 litres of water

total: 1031

snack:apple, 12 almonds

lunch:subway chicken fillet 6"

snack:1/2 coffee scroll

dinner:small grilled steak, potato, carrot, broccoli, pumpkin

snack:doughnut :oops:

1/2 lactose free no fat long life milk
1 glass orange juice

Lunch:
Campbells microwave minestrone soup
4 crisbreads soy & linseed (wellbeing)

Dinner:
Salmon
Beans
Carrots
3 small baked potatos
1 glass diet vanilla coke

Snacks:
carrot sticks
mini-tub light philadelphia cheese
1 banana
1 tub strawberry yoghurt (lite)
1-2 glasses of Oolong Tea
1 lean beef burgar (just trying it out, to see if i like it) (nawty - didnt have the calories left for it)

Water:
1.5-2L

1 cup cheerios cereal
1/2 cup l/f milk
1 coffee

Snack:
1 banana
2 slices of m/grain toast

Lunch:
1 ham, cheese and tomato toasted sandwich

Snack:
1 apple
6 moroccan chicken rice crackers
1 serve cheese
7 licorice bullets

Dinner:
2 beef sausages
1 serve potato
1 serve broccoli
1 serve carrots
1 serve gravy

Snack:
1 cup l/f milk

Water: 3L
Total: 1737 / 2000 Calories

Oh gosh. Lets see, two slices of toast with butter and marmalade. for lunch, a peanut butter and banana sandwich with honey on whole meal bread. 1 apple, a bite of a rice paper roll I made for my boyfriend (he offered) and I'm currently chewing a chewing gum...

Oolong tea, is a tea that u dont have milk or sugar with, its like green tea, but its semi-fermented leaves, it actually tastes nice :)

its meant to help with metobolism increase and 'help' you to lose weight, it doesnt MAKE you lose weight. But yeah, look it up :)

OT's cereal with full cream milk (at bf's house and it was all they had)
1 small glass OJ

LUNCH:
1 teriyaki chicken sushi hand roll
1 apricot and coconut fruit bar

DINNER:
1 frozen pizza house special sub (too lazy to cook, lol)

SNACK:
750mL pumped lemon fix water

TOTAL: 1115 cals

6:45 - 1/2 hr ride to uni

7:30 - sml bowl muesli and 1 slice f&n toast

12:00 - left over veg spag bog, 1 slice f&n toast

2:00 - pack snakes

3:00 - mandarine

5:00 - 1/2 hr ride home

7:00 - baked/steamed vegies with gravy

9:00 - yoghurt.muesli and honey. 2 biscuits :oops:
