muesli with greengages, banana, strawberries LSA and LFM. The juice/kelp/dolomite mix.
1 wholemeal carrot muffin
tuna salad sandwich on wholemeal sourdough
zucchini slice and salad.
1 square of 85% cocoa choccie and a cup of hot cocoa (water based - water, cocoa, vanilla essence, LFM - NO SUGAR)

15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
