50cent bag of allens pineapples (theyre not in calorie king so i am just going to guess that its the same as a serve of red licorice(108))
20 cashews (166)
2litres of water

kate - i think that's the same time we've had spag bol on the same night :lol:

breakfast:2 crumpets with marg, glass of skinny milk

lunch:cup of miso soup with tofu. was also going to have 2 salmon & avocado sushi rolls but they gave me cooked tuna ones & i don't eat those ones. i'm hungry! :cry:

dinner:spag bol

snacks:
smoked tuna with 4 x vitawheats
banana

oh crap forgot to get MY mince out :( also having bolognaise :p

Breakfast:
2 weetbix
1/2 cup lactose free milk (no fat)
1 glass orange juice

Lunch:
minestrone soup
4 wellbeing soy and linseed crackers
can of pepsi max

Dinner:
chicken bolognaise :)
diet vanilla coke

Snack:
yoghurt (passionfruit cream)
4 wellbeing crackers and philadelphia cheese (lite)
2 vive triple choc biscuites (lite)
2 cups of Oolong Tea

Water:
1.5-2L

8:00 - 1/2 hr jog to uni. And it was raining so I got soaked.

8:45 - 2 vitabrits with the usual

10:30 - 2 vitabrits :roll: but I avoided the choccies

12:30 - tuna salad. Man I LOVE salad

1:30 - mandarine

3:00 - 6 corn thins. And I'm STILL hungry. :( NO MORE FOOD TEGAN!!

6:00 - a couple slices cheese

6:05 - 20min on neighbour's treadmill. I was going to do more, but the cheese made my gall bladder sore. Not a full on attack just the same kind of pain as a stitch and tender to touch. damn bloody cheese

7:00 - zucchini slice with steamed peas, corn and broccoli

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Ok slipped up a bit over the weekend, back on the ball today!!!

2am - Cheese & crackers :oops: (slaps self on wrist.... hard!!)
7am - Banana
8am - Mocha pancake
9am - 1/3 HPLC Bar (been a while since these have appeared in my diary haha)
11am - Vanilla FibreX pancake
2pm - Tomato & capsicum soup, L/f cheese & salad sandwich on empower bread
4pm - Pumpkin protein slice, tea
6:30pm - L/c spinach & ricotta lasagne w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
9pm - Almonds, Sugar free chocolate 2 squares

Tally 6600kJ.

1 WW Apricot bar
1 coffee

Lunch:
6 sakata crackers
1 serve cheese
1 ham sandwich on wholemeal

Snack":
7 sakata crackers
1 serve cheese

Dinner:
2 chicken schnitzels
1 medium potato
broccoli and carrots

Snack:
1 caramel quik with low fat milk

Water: 2.5L
Daily total: 2020 / 2000 (20 Cals over today)

I didn't fit in any exercise due to be stuffed up with sinus, but will try and kick it back in tomorrow :? not exercising really stuffed the day as it made me go over in my calories...... :x
