Morning everybody.....I don't have any fancy tidbits Kate, but have a great day everyone!!

Having lunch out today, so a bit unplanned at this stage!!

3/4 cup just right
1/4 cup l/f milk
1 coffee

Lunch at the Brunnies today:
crumbed steak
cauliflower mornay
garlic zucchini
1 small corn cob
2 very small potatoes
1 tin ginger ale
1 glass of orange juice
( :shock: when I added all this up it was just over 1000 Calories, who would have thought!!) However I am pretty sure that I overestimated the steak, but I would rather over estimate than heading out walking this afternoon to compensate!

1 orange

will be:
100g (raw weight) pork chop lean, no fat
broccoli, carrots
1 small potato

1 banana
1 glass l/f milk

Water: 3L
Daily Total: 1804 / 2000

Deduction after exercise 615 Calories - 1189 Calories

Breakfast: milo (150)
Lunch: 2 crumpets with honey (195)
100grams of spag bol leftovers (189)
Dinner: Chicken Caccitore with veg (360)
Snacks: 2 coke zero (2)
1 bar of dairy milk (mick brought home from work last night (291)
1 redskin (42)
2 vive triple choc (86)

2 litres of water

*goes and hides in the kitchen... i mean... the bedroom*

Great to see you back Ally :D

Here's my food for the day:

8am - Small banana, Mocha pancake, 1/3 HPLC bar
11am - Vanilla FibreX pancake
2pm - Tomato & capsicum soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
4pm - Sugar free white chocolate :oops:
6pm - L/c spinach & ricotta lasagne w. steamed veg, Almonds
8:30pm - Diet jelly

Just under 7000kJ for the day.

diced bacon bits (meant to be ham, but i grabbed the wrong thing)
light cheese
tomato paste
diet vanilla coke

1 mini light tub philadelphia cheese
1 yoghurt (berry)
1 banana
Oolong tea

breakfast:toasted ham sandwich with 9 grain bread, glass of skinny milk

snack:sml skinny hazelnut cap, 12 almonds

lunch:2 steamed dim sims, 1/2 a sesame bar


dinner:2 beef & honey sausages, potato, steamed vegies

Breakfast: Two slices of wholemeal toast with butter, marmalade and vegemite, 1 omega 3 fish oil capsule and 1 multivitamin.

I figure I should dope up on the fish oil, exams are in one month time.

Brekky: Vanilla Celeb Slim Shake

Snack: Apple (which was really floury and yuk :( )

Lunch: Not sure yet, either roast beef with veggies or wholemeal sandwich with chicken, cheese & salad (we are going out tonight to a cocktail party thing, so im swapping lunch & dinner around)


Dinner: Celeb Slim Shake

Snacks: 1/2 Cup Light Milk, 5 tsp Milo, Diet White Choc Mousse, Apple
Dinner: 100grams Grilled Chicken, 1 tbps BBQ Sauce, 1 Cobb Corn
Dessert: 1 Raspberry Split Ice Cream
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
