Breakfast:
2 weetbix
1/2 longlife lactose free low far milk
1 glass of apple/cranberry juice

Lunch:
minestrone soup
4 wellbeing soy and linseed crackers

Dinner:
baked potatos
light ham
light cheese
kidney beans
light sour cream
glass diet vanilla coke

Snacks:
1 berry yoghurt
1 banana
4 wellbeing soy and linseed crackers with light mini tub philly cheese

Water:
1.5-2L

YOU CAN DOOO IT!!!!!

[First goal: to reach 80kgs]
[Second goal: to reach 75kgs]

6:30am - Small banana
8am - Mocha pancake, Pumpkin protein slice, coffee
11am - Vanilla FibreX pancake
2pm - TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich, Tomato & capsicum soup
6pm - L/c spinach & ricotta lasagne, Diet jelly

That adds up to 5000kJ, so I have an extra 1000 - 1500kJ to play with 8)

Let's see... planned snacks will be
1. Protein crunch w. soy milk (600kJ)
2. Almonds (400kJ)

I'll be away for the next 4 days. If I get motivated, I'll post up my general plan for the time away. It's a good plan and it will work if I don't make a greedy guts of myself haha!!

Breakfast
Oats with Honey

Snacks
1 Cup Milk, 10 Tsp Milo (OMG ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!)
1 Apple

Lunch
Toasted Tuna and Cheese Sandwich, 1 Chicken Medallion

I was going to have a pita bread and peanut butter as a snack, but with all the milo and medallion i dont think I will.

Dinner will be subway and a diet coke!
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
