
This is a broad plan for the next four days. I'll be inside the Sydney Entertainment Centre basically all day 9am to midnight. If there's time I might be able to escape back to my accomodation and use the kitchen there, but I'm not counting on it. Here goes...
7am - Bran protein muffins x2 (1200kJ)
10am - 1/2 HPLC bar (800kJ)
1pm - TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread (800kJ)
4pm - 1/2 Vanilla FibreX pancake (600kJ)
7pm - Tuna & spinach omelette/patty (900kJ), Steamed veg (300kJ)
10pm - Almonds (400kJ), Pumpkin protein slice (400kJ)
Adding it up... 5400kJ
That gives me about 1000kJ to play with (going for around 6500kJ). Packing in my bag:
Protein crisps (900kJ)
On the go light cheese/crackers (800kJ)
Brazil nuts (400kJ)
Sugar free choc (300kJ per 2 squares)
Wine, if I decide to buy any (400kJ a glass)
Won't have a whole lot of time for excercise, but I'll fit in what I can
