Brunch
2 cups of coffee
a slice of toast with vegemite

Dinner
take out chicken and chips
(this is my once per week splurge)

Breakfast
muesli with greengages, strawberries and banana, LSA and LFM, the juice/kelp/dolomite mix

Lunch
Lentil shepherd pie (vegan) with chutney

Snack
an apricot and a small handfull of sultanas (couple of Tbsp)

Dinner
will be home made turkish bread pizza - healthy for me, full of badness for the bloke. :D- and salad.
An apricot, 1 muffin and a cup of hot cocoa for dessert

Tomato & Cheese Toastie using Mt/Bread

Seeds
Cherries
3 Cruskits with a little vegimite
