Breakfast
1 apple, 1 banana, 2 slices of sprouted wheat rye and barley sourdough toast, with peanut butter and vegemite. The juice/kelp/dolomite mix

Snack
1 apricot, 2 greengages and a handfull of sultanas

Lunch
tuna salad sandwich on sprouted wheat rye and barley sourdough bread.

Snack
1 apple

Dinner
home made baked vegetable samosas and salad. I stopped eating when I was full, not when my plate was empty
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Lunch
We had a family picnic today with all Gerry's family and I had Chicken, Salad and a small handfull of nuts.
2 Cappacino's

Dinner
2 Slices soughdough bread with tomato & cheese
Rockmelon
Seeds
