Good Morning everyone.

Breakfast:
50g Special K
1/2 cup full cream milk

Snack
1/2 Jesters (stockmans) Pie

Lunch
6inch Turkey and ham sub on italian herb
lettuce, cheese, carrot and lil bit of mayo

Today is shopping day in my house so will plan the rest when i buy it. Im only having full cream cause i ran out of my milk.

Breakfast:
2 weetbix
1/2 cup lactose free milk (low fat)
1/2 glass orange juice

Lunch:
Smoked Turkey with cranberry sauce on soy and linseed bread.
vallia low fat yoghurt with a passionfruit mixed in

Dinner:
baked potato with bacon/extra light sour cream/light cheese/kidney beans

Snacks:
1 cup of chicken and corn noodle cuppa soup (cos i felt sick)
Sliced carrot with light mini philly cheese tub

Water:
1.5L (i hope)

brekkie:
2 slices Slimmers Choice bread = 2 points
1 tsp Devondale light marg = 0.5 points
skim coffee with splenda = 0.5 points

lunch:
WW recipe chilli con carne = 3 points
3/4 cup basmati rice = 2.5 points

dinner:
beef & vege casserole (havn't worked out points yet)
rice

snacks:
Nestle Diet mousse = 1 point
mandarin = 0.5 points
half unripe (yuck) banana = 0.5 points
