Hope everyone is having a great day :) if not, then have a great day for me hehe cos i am sick

Breakfast:
weetbix honey cereal (i dont like it)
1/2 cup lactose free milk (skim)
1/2 glass apple juice

Lunch:
3/4 of turkey & cranberry sanga on soy and linseed bread
1 tub of vaalia plain yoghurt with a passion fruit added
1 glass diet vanilla coke

Dinner:
[will wait to see what i feel like cooking]

Snacks:
2 vive lites triple choc biscuits
1 tea
[*RACHEL*]

YOU CAN DOOO IT!!!!!

[First goal: to reach 80kgs]
[Second goal: to reach 75kgs]

Turkey and salad roll

DINNER:
Home made sweet potato shepherd's pie with heaps of vegies in it! :D

SNACKS:
Caramello Koala :oops: :roll:
6 strawberries

TOTAL: 1177 cals and 2L water

5am - Bran muffins x2
7:30am - Pumpkin slice, Sugar free chocolate, coffee
10:30 - FibreX pancake, Brazil nuts x5, Baked beans :roll:
2pm - Almonds x15, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread, Tomato & capsicum soup
7:30pm - Lentil patties w. steamed veg, Diet jelly

Adding all that up... 7700kJ :evil:

My tummy still hurts from the chocolate. A better day tomorrow!
