HAPPY THURSDAY YALL!!!!

Breakfast:
2 weetbix
1/2 cup lactose free skim milk
1 glass apple juice

Lunch:
smoked turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce on soy and linsead bread
tub of vaalia light yoghurt (plain) with a passion fruit added

Dinner:
Fried salmon (with light olive oil spray)
2-3 small potatos (baked)
beans
carrots

Snacks:
1/4 banana (was yucky one)
4 vive crackers
1 small philadephia mini tub (light)
2 vive triple choc biscuits
(maybe a boost juice - yum)

Water:
1.5L

YOU CAN DOOO IT!!!!!

[First goal: to reach 80kgs]
[Second goal: to reach 75kgs]

Brekkie:
1/2 Cup oats with milk honey and an orange juice

Lunch:
small portion of butter chicken with rice and 1/3 naan bread

Dinner:
some sort of healthy takeaway

Snacks:
6 shocko bonos (those kinder chocolates)
caramel le rice
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

Thursdays Plan

Power walk 20 mins

Breaky - 200g low fat yoghurt & apple
Snack - EAS Shake
Lunch - Grilled Chicken, salad on multigrain bread
Prework out - Turkey Burger (on multi grain of course)
Work out - SPIN class
Postwork out - EAS Shake
Snack - Protein Shake about an hour before bed
84 Day Challenge
28 Days Down 12.2kgs off
Goal 30kg
Stretch Goal 40kg
