Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, cherries, apricot, banana, LSA anf LFM. The juice kelp mix.

Lunch
egg sald sandwich on sprouted wheat rye and barley sourdough bread

Snack
1 apple, some seeds and sultanas, a cup of tea

Dinner
1/2 each of hunza, hommity and chilly bean pies with salad
