1am - Brazil nuts :evil:
5am - Pumpkin protein slice
8am - Bran protein pancake, coffee
10am - Mushroom eggwhite omelette
12pm - Cauliflower & zucchini soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
2pm - Small carrott, Wild salmon salad, Dried goji berries
5pm - Tofu & veg stir fry
8:30pm - Diet jelly

Big eating day for me today... can't seem to get rid of the "hungries" :( Looking at about 7000kJ, assuming I don't eat anything else later tonight, and go to bed early!

Brekkie: 1/2 Cup Oats with light milk, honey and a muesli bar
Lunch: Tuna and Cheese Toastie
Snacks: 1 Milo, 1/3 Pack of starburt jelly babies, 1 Caramel Le Rice
Dinner: not sure yet.
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
