Breakfast:
1 bowl women's museli
1/2 cup lactose free skim milk
1 glass orange juice

Lunch:
2 slices of soy & linseed bread
1 small tin of sweet mustard tuna


Dinner:
Steamed vegetables
Rice
1 glass diet vanilla coke

Snacks:
4 vive wholegrain crackers
1 small tub light philadelphia cheese
1 tub vaalia passionfruit yoghurt
2 vive triple choc biscuits

Water:
1.5L +

1am - Brazil nuts x5, Home made protein bar (no idea what I was thinking!!! )
5am - Banana
8am - Asparagus, green bean & pea omelette, 2pc s/f choc, coffee
11am - Tomato, cucumber & avocado salad, Protein crunch w. soy milk
2pm - Cauliflower & zucchini soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg, Almonds
8:30pm - Diet jelly, Protein shake

2 Sausage Rolls, 1 Party Pie, 1 Slice lemon tart

DINNER
1 Piece Crumbed Fish
1 Cup Vegies

SNACKS
Hot Chocolate
pack of mentos
Slice cheese
1 Serving Chocolate

Breakfast: - 3/4 cup porridge (made with water) 1tbsp sultanas, 1 small banana & 1tbsp golden syrup

Snack: - 1 medium green apple

Lunch: - sweet potato & steamed mix vegies with sweet chilli sauce

Snack: 1 serve (2 slices) wholemeal bread with 30gs WW grated cheese

Dinner: Chicken and vegetable soup
Start weight - 77kgs
Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs
