muesli with strawberries, cherries, apricot, banana, LSA and LFM.
1 chocoalte. I was in Salamanca and went in to Norman and Dann to get a tea infuser. They make hand made choccies, and I couldn't resist. I got a dark chocolate christmas pudding thing. The good thing is I only had one (a little single chocolate, like the wrapped roses ones you get in boxes) and I ate it slowly and enjoyed every bit of it (the only way to eat these choccies - no scoffing)
the kelp/dolomite/juice mix. 2 pieces of sourdough toast with vegemite 2 kiwi fruit, 1 muffin.
Will be chicken breast marinated in lemon and orange juice, garlic, ginger, mixed herbs, a little soy sauce and a bit of sweet chilli sauce. With baked carrot, pumpkin, onion, garlic and a 1 small potato, steamed asparagus corn and peas.
A VERY SMALL bowl of fruit salad with some no-fat yoghurt.
