Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, cherries, apricot, banana, LSA and LFM.

Snack
1 chocoalte. I was in Salamanca and went in to Norman and Dann to get a tea infuser. They make hand made choccies, and I couldn't resist. I got a dark chocolate christmas pudding thing. The good thing is I only had one (a little single chocolate, like the wrapped roses ones you get in boxes) and I ate it slowly and enjoyed every bit of it (the only way to eat these choccies - no scoffing)

Lunch
the kelp/dolomite/juice mix. 2 pieces of sourdough toast with vegemite 2 kiwi fruit, 1 muffin.

Dinner
Will be chicken breast marinated in lemon and orange juice, garlic, ginger, mixed herbs, a little soy sauce and a bit of sweet chilli sauce. With baked carrot, pumpkin, onion, garlic and a 1 small potato, steamed asparagus corn and peas.

A VERY SMALL bowl of fruit salad with some no-fat yoghurt.

Breakfast

Dlite Peach and Mango Yoghurt with sliced bannana

Lunch

Chicken Risotto (recipe from this website!) mmmmm, yummy!

Snacks
Will have one 97% fat free salada

Last night i was really really hungry. I nearly had cheese and bickies...but then my senses came to me. I had a salada with tuna (springwater) and a bit of low fat mayo. May not have been the best thing to eat but i solved the hunger problem!

There is a street party in the main street tonight for the Tour Down Under Bike Race and we are going down for a walk, I hope the smell of sausage sizzles and all the other stalls are not too tempting.
