8am - Bran protein pancake, Protein crunch w. soy milk, 2pc s/f choc
11am - Tomato, cucumber & avocado salad, Almonds
2pm - Pumpkin & cauliflower soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Tofu & veg stir fry, Home made protein bar
8:30pm - Diet jelly
