a bowl of fruit salad with some no fat yoghurt.
1/2 an apple
2 slices of toast, 1 dry with peanut butter, 1 with a little butter and vegemite
1 muffin 2 cups of rooibos tea - which really is very yummy. It's just like normal tea but with added extra goodness and less badness!
spaghetti with vege sauce and a little parmesan. No other cheese. a cup of rooibos tea and 1/2 a banana with some no-fat yoghurt.
