No breakfast for me, I've eaten some crumbed fish last night that has made me gain almost half a kilo :shock: :shock:

Lunch will be
vegemite on toast

Breakfast
a bowl of fruit salad with some no fat yoghurt.

Snack
1/2 an apple

Lunch
2 slices of toast, 1 dry with peanut butter, 1 with a little butter and vegemite

Snack
1 muffin 2 cups of rooibos tea - which really is very yummy. It's just like normal tea but with added extra goodness and less badness!

Dinner
spaghetti with vege sauce and a little parmesan. No other cheese. a cup of rooibos tea and 1/2 a banana with some no-fat yoghurt.

Breakfast : Half a mango diced, 1 kiwi fruit diced, 1 banana sliced with 5 dessert spoons of no-fat yoghurt - sprinkled with a teaspoon ofsunflower and pepita seeds

Lunch

1 left over lentil burger
some lettuce and a few slices of avocado

Snack

a few almonds
