5am - FibreX muffin
7:30am - Banana
8am - Asparagus & bean omelette
10:30am - Pumpkin & cauliflower soup, Almonds
1pm - Celery stick w. hommus
2pm - Tomato & cucumber salad, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg, Protein crunch w. soy milk
8:30pm - Diet jelly

3/4 Cup Cocoa Pops
1/2 Cup Milk

LUNCH
1 Tofu and Cream Cheese Sushi Roll w/ Soy Sauce

DINNER
TBA

SNACKS
Apple and Cinnamon Le Rice
Sesame Seed Bar

Probably add another snack later
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

Lunch (2:12 Pm)

*Sandwich from the patrol station mart
*A bag of chitos, the really small one! :oops: ( I threw the rest away in a place I won't be able to find)
*half a bottle of pepsi


Dinner (6:30 PM)

*Some Rice with chicken and mushroom and carrots (Home Made)
*A small amount of a salad that I didnt really like


Now it's 10:24 PM, and am hungry... and I don't know what to eat :?

EDIT: I had a Sandwich, Whole wheat Bread, with a light cheese slice, and a tiny cup of Milk

my eating style is messed up!!! :oops:


PS: I drink A LOT of water everyday, since forever!

3/4 Cup Special K Light Muesli
1/2 Cup of skim milk


Lunch[u]

Healthy Choice Carbonara Snack
4 Priemium crackers no toppings

[/u]Dinner
1 Med Chicken Breast grilled
120g Capsicum red
120g Capsicum Green
60g Mushrooms
5 Cucumber slices
1 Tbls Mayo - Kraft Light

3x 750ml water

Total calorie intake = 900

****Need to fit in another snack somewhere i think*****

hey tummy girl its advised that you dont eat under 1200 cals a day because you can go into starvation mode. just a thought :)

Yeah thats why i need to fit another snack in somewhere i think. Still trying to get in the right mode of knowing how much i can eat. Today I have catered for 1200 cals. But thanks for your info :lol:
