5am - FibreX muffin
8am - Bran protein pancake, Small banana
9:30am - Chick nuts & sultanas
11am - Pumpkin & cauliflower soup, Brazil nuts
2pm - Tomato & cucumber salad, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
5pm - Tofu & veg stir fry
8pm - Almonds
10:30pm - Diet jelly

Total 7000kJ

My daily food sounds really pittiful compared to yours Sarah :lol:

SNACK: Apple
LUNCH: Small piece fish, unlimited vegies/salad
SNACK: 5 x sakata plain crackers and 3tbs salsa

2litres x water
1 can caffiene free diet coke
2008 - my year to be great!!

breaky-yougurt and fruit and coffee

lunch- 2 peices soy chicken and big salad and 2 x mountain breads

dinner-spicy mushroom and broccoli ommlette with green salad

supper- ww hot choc and 2 cups coffee

Ok, today, I took up an advice, and actually had something for breakfast

A "Be Natural - Nut Delight" Bar
600ml of Water

Hot Dog Sandwich with ketchup and Mayo
Baby Carrots and Hummus
600ml of Water

Appetizer Thingy: one (potatoes and beef) based thingy
Some rice, with a cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce salad
I'll probably have some more water later on!

I might have some nuts later on tonight if I get hungry... And I am thinking about the Green Tea thingy.. I hear it's good and that it burns faT!!!

3/4 Cup Special K
750ml Water


Healthy Choice Snack Bowl
4 Premium Crackers No toppings
750 ml Water


med Chicken Breast grilled
small serve of Mac and Cheese

5x Sugar free lollies

Daily Cal Total = 1230

Doing much better getting all the cals in :lol:
