No breakfast cuz I woke up at 12:30 pm.
had water, about 600ml

Lunch, I had some japanese rise crackers, some nuts
More Water

some nuts in the middle here, about 10 peices of cashews and almonds about 6 or 7
More water

Dinner, I had a serving of rice with meat
two spoons of homemade lasagna, and I cheated by eating two more spoons of cheese from the top of the lasagna

mid-night snack, a sandwich (low fat chedder cheese, some pizza tomato sauce-ready made one) wholemeal grain or something.

1/4 c Skim Milk
60 g Mushrooms
1 Cheese slice

Lunch

160g Marinated Chicken
50 g Turkish bread
1tsp of marg


Dinner

1 med pork chop no fat
1/2 cup corn
1/2 beans
1/4 mash potato


Total Cal count = 1200
Cassie xox

Starting Weight 140 kg
Loss To Date 5 kg
Current Weight 135 KG

saturday is my "diet free day" which means I allow myself to eat what I like without tracking the points.

Brunch:
All day brekkie at out fav cafe (every saturday)
2 eggs
bacon
grilled tomato
toast
Latte
orange juice

Dinner:

grilled chicken and WW oven wedges with light sour cream and sweet chilli sauce.

we had steak on the bbq tonight with onion and capsicum and i made those ww wedges in the oven to serve with sour cream (lite) and i thought they were foul! they were floury i reckon. i wont be buying them again
