muesli with strawberries, cherries, 1/2 a banana, LSA and LFM (3/4 the size of usual serving) and the kelp/dolomite/juice mix. 1 cup of tea
some mountain bread chips
2 slices of sourdough toast dry (no butter) with peanut butter and vegemite.
a small bowl of fruit salad and some no-fat yoghurt
mountain bread wraps with felafel, lettuce, tomato, capsicum and cucumber. I had 1 and a half. Was full so threw the rest out.
cup of rooibos tea, 1 square of 85%cocoa choccie and a slice of pineapple
Total water consumption = 3 litres
