Pinch and a punch for the first day of the month!! (Can't believe it is OCTOBER already :( )

9am - Vanilla FibreX pancake, Protein crunch, coffee
12:30pm - Tofu salad, Tomato & capsicum soup
3pm - TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Soy sausages w. steamed veg, Almonds
8:30pm - Diet jelly, Home made protein bar

Total 6500kJ

1/2 c Skim Milk


Lean Cuisine Beef Strog
Can of pepsi max
2 Premium Crackers


1 serve of apricot chicken
1/2 c cooked rice

30 g Almonds
small bag of lite popcorn

Water= 3 x 750 ml

Total cals = 1220
