5:30am - Empower bread w. l/f cheese & vege spread, Small banana
7:30am - Bran protein pancake, coffee
8:30am - Pumpkin slice
11am - Tofu salad
2pm - Pumpkin & cauliflower soup, TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread
5pm - Tofu & veg stir fry
8pm - Almonds
9:30pm - Diet jelly, Protein crunh w. natural yoghurt

Total...6500kJ

Breakfast

1 English Muffin
1 tsp Vegimite
1 single serve of butter

Lunch

small serve of apricot chicken
1/2 cup of rice
can of pepsi max

Dinner

210g Marinated Chicken grilled
2 x Pita bases
1 tsp capsicum dip
1 tsp tatziki dip
small salad

Dessert

2 scoops of low fat ice cream

Snacks

2 Premium crackers

Total Cals = 1273

Breakfast: 3 spoonfuls of potato salad

Lunch: Leftover thai chicken curry with rice (homemade :))

Dinner: A meat pie

No snacks. I don't know how many calories are here!!
