muesli with strawberries, cherries, 1/2 a banana, LSA and LFM. Glass of juice with my daily pills.
1 muesli bar from the bakery I work at (a good one)
1 hunza pie with some chutney
a small handfull of cherries
will be prawn and vegie kebabs (made by me, prawns marinated in lime juice, soy sauce, garlic and a bit of sweet chilli sauce) and salad
Rooibos tea, 2 nectarines and a diet ginger beer (5 kilojules)

15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
