Breakfast

4 tablespoons d'lite mango and peach yoghurt (i ran out of bannanas!)

Lunch

Low fat pea and ham soup

Snacks

Salada with tuna and avocado

Lots of water!

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, cherries, 1/2 a banana, LSA and LFM. Glass of juice with my daily pills.

Snack
1 muesli bar from the bakery I work at (a good one)

Lunch
1 hunza pie with some chutney

Snack
a small handfull of cherries

Dinner
will be prawn and vegie kebabs (made by me, prawns marinated in lime juice, soy sauce, garlic and a bit of sweet chilli sauce) and salad

Rooibos tea, 2 nectarines and a diet ginger beer (5 kilojules)

None (slept in)

3 Cruskits with Liverwurst

Dinner
Fresh Fish
Lettuce Salad
Fruit Salad


Still so hot here, it's 43.
They must have made a mistake on the weather tonight, I hope they did anyway because if they didn't it's going to be 49 here tomorrow :shock: :shock: :shock:

I'm hearing you Fay. It's going to be 36 ish tomorrow - we don't get many of those and rather than being on a nuce beach I will have to be in some room for 4 hours doing a psychological evaluation for a job I've applied for :evil:
