7:30am - Small banana
8am - Asparagus & green bean omelette, Pumpkin protein slice, coffee
11am - Tofu salad, Pumpkin & cauliflower soup
2pm - TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread, FibreX muffin
5:30pm - Soy sausages w. steamed veg, Almonds
8:30pm - Diet jelly
