2am - Power wrap w. low fat cheese & vege spread :(
6am - Pumpkin slice
7:30am - Bran protein pancake
11am - Tofu salad, Pumpkin & cauliflower soup
2pm - TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread, Almonds
7pm - Tofu & veg stir fry, Diet jelly

Should be less than 7000kJ. I'm determined to not pick after dinner tonight... it's getting a bit out of control :(
